The tale follows the story of the main character, Princess Lailee who resides in the Kingdom of Kortland. Although Lailee is royalty, she is rejected by her peers, as her unusually tall height frightens them and her long, luscious, locks are the envy of other girls. The only friend that Lailee finds solace in is her magical purple horse, Uki, who has pink hair and wings. This all changes one day when Lailee ventures to the other side of the forbidden mountain and discovers more than she could have ever imagined.
