Review of The Ladies of the Secret Circus

The Ladies of the Secret Circus by Constance Sayers is a captivating fantasy sci-fi that sweeps you away to another place, another time. Performers, animals, a tent set up in the middle of nowhere; it’s a magical read. The characters are well-written and develop at a smooth, steady pace making it easy to get lost in the story’s magic. The heart of the story is a mystery that is a journey to solve. Vacillating between small wins and devastating losses. It is a journey through the dark depths of the occult navigating illusion, diversion, and machinations to solve the puzzle and survive the heartbreak. *I received a complimentary copy in exchange for a review.*
