My thoughts: Chasing Secrets by Lynette Eason is a fast paced action romantic suspense novel. Eason writes with loads of action that has a building of suspense and a bit of romance to draw you in. While this is the fourth book in the Elite Guardians Book Series, it can be read as a standalone novel. Chasing Secrets centers around the main character, Haley, who a very brave and courageous teenager who works at the teen center sharing hope and God’s love. This is where she meets Steven and helps encourage him to battle his own demons and forgive. Together, they both are sworn to serve and do justice. I found this book to be full of hope, love, friendship and faith. A great read that will warm your heart and keep you up at night. ** I received an advanced readers copy in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. **
