Fitness Update

I am now two weeks into this new fitness routine. I have committed to at least one hour a day on the treadmill (sometimes two hours). I also do yoga three times a week. So far, I have lost ten pounds and feel so much better. I seem to have more energy and feel better in general. There have been a few aches, pains and soreness along the way but after seeing the weight loss I feel it is well worth it. While this routine seems to be working, I do plan on adding some different types of exercise and diet programs. I will keep you updated on how that goes and what all I find.
