Fitness Update

This past week I have decided to start working out again. I have managed to commit to the treadmill for one hour each day this week and even started doing yoga again. I plan on posting updates not only on my success and failures along the way but also on any new products I find along the way to help with my fitness routine. The one thing that is a must for me is music it helps me to not think about being on the treadmill and therefore makes it easier to get a full hour in. Also, I found some apps on our Roku that has yoga and other fitness classes/routines that honest helped me this week get back into the swing of things. I use to exercise everyday but this past year I did not put a lot of effort into it. Now it is time for a change. We will see how it goes……
